The following information outlines the terms and conditions of this site, our products/work and our services. In visiting this site and when purchasing from it you agree to the following ‘Terms of Service’. We reserve the right to change, replace and update these Terms of Service at any time, by making changes and adding updates to the site.

Orders & Services

All sales are subject to product availability. The stock levels of items on this site aim to accurately reflect the availability of a product. Available stock can change and sales are only finalised upon dispatch from Kate Ive. All prices are in GBP. The prices stated on our website are accurate at the time of posting. We reserve the right to change prices without notice and orders can be cancelled at our sole discretion. Whilst we have taken every care to represent the items and their colours as accurately as possible in the product images on our site, we cannot guarantee that they are correctly displayed on your device.

You agree by visiting and/or purchasing from our site not to copy, reproduce or duplicate any of the content, products or services provided by us. You agree to abide by Copyright Laws.

Order Process

When you make a purchase through our online shop you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order is packaged and sent, you will then receive a dispatch notice email. When waiting for an order to arrive, please check the delivery times against the dispatch date before getting in touch. If your order hasn’t arrived when expected within the estimated window, please get in touch via the Contact Page and mark it Urgent.

Order Fulfilment

Upon receiving your order, we try to get your items out to you as quickly as possible. We aim to dispatch within 3 working days from the time of your order.

If you have purchased an item that is ‘Made to Order’, it will be clearly stated on the product page. Please carefully read the information under the heading ‘Made to Order’ on the product’s page as it will include information about when your item will be dispatched.

Delivery & Charges

We use Royal Mail to send most of our orders. Occasionally we may use a specialist courier depending on the nature of the work sold. Since leaving the EU, sales from outside the UK may incur customs charges. These vary depending on country and it is the customer’s responsibility to check their custom charges before ordering.

We care deeply about the environment and where possible will recycle packaging materials to reduce our environmental impact. We also encourage you to reuse your product’s packaging!

For orders of multiple items we will try to package them together where possible. We prioritise the safe arrival of your order and we may package items separately if it better protects the work. If you need your order for a special occasion and in a rush, please contact us and we will explore expedited delivery services with you.

Returns Policy

We want you to be absolutely delighted with any items purchased from us. In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us first via our Contact Page. We will exchange or refund orders (not including cost of postage) if they are returned to us in perfect condition within 14 days of purchase. It is essential that you contact us before returning any items.

When returning an item we recommend that you use a tracked and insured service. We will not refund or exchange any items without having first received the return. The customer is responsible for ensuring the safe return of the item in perfect condition. Please include in the package with your order, your name, order number, contact details, if you would like an exchange or refund and the reason for return.

Damaged Goods

In the unlikely event that your order is damaged in transit, please do not accept or sign for it. Send us an email with your order details and we will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the work purchased.

Customer Responsibility

When placing an order through our site, please ensure all your details are correct! You are responsible for providing accurate postal, purchase and account details at the time of order.
